Platinum Decks was not on our original list of providers to reach out to but we met our sales rep Bacchus at a home show and the rest is history! The sales meeting wasn’t too “pitchy” and the quote was very fair (we had a cedar deck quote come in higher and a separate composite quote use PD’s measurements and come in at 3x the price!) Platinum Decking just finished our project this afternoon. Jeff was our sales/designer and Sebastian our crew manager. We could not be more pleased with both the results and the process. They were professional, patient, and helpful above and beyond the norm. We had a lot of questions and last minute changes and never once felt we were not listened to very carefully. Excellent work, great service, and friendly, professional people. I selected Platinum Decking to rebuild my deck and patio this June. I am extremely pleased with the everything. The quality of work and service provided by all of the team was top-notch. My deck and patio look amazing! The project was done in a timely manner. It took about 2-3 weeks after I accepted the proposal for them to start work. The deck took about a week, and the patio part took a few days. Furthermore, I think the price was reasonable. Platinum did our deck and pavers May 2025. Our experience started with Ryan (sales) and we had a wonderful experience with him, our project managers and the construction crews. We just had our roof and siding replaced and some of our deck boards were damaged. A simple phone call enabled us to get the boards replaced quickly and efficiently. Colby came to our house on Saturday afternoon and completed our repairs. He was skilled and knowledgeable and we were very pleased with results.

We had our deck built with Platinum 2 years ago and were so happy with the entire project- cost, quality, appearance, speed, etc. We needed a support post looked at and worked on today, and Colby did a fantastic job! My deck was built in 2023 and I had a small chip on the corner of one of my steps. I sent an email to Platinum explaining the damage and received a response the same day stating someone would contact me in 2-3 weeks. About 2 weeks later Matt called to say he was coming to do the repair work. He was courteous and friendly and did an excellent job in repairing my step. I would highly recommend Platinum Decking.
