What truly sets Pool Bandit apart is their customer service. Every member of the team was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but is also made up of simply nice people who clearly care about what they do. If you’re thinking about installing a pool, I can’t recommend Pool Bandit highly enough. They exceeded our expectations and made the entire process a pleasure!

I was visiting with a friend, and she told me her pool’s liner was getting replaced that day. When pool bandits showed up, they were timely, efficient, neat, and they explained what they were going to do before they did it. We hardly noticed them. When they were finished, they demonstrated what they did, how they did it, and let her know all of the ins and outs of this replacement. I will be recommending Pool Bandits to everyone. I wouldn’t recommend pool bandits to anyone! We originally went with pool bandits because of their reviews. We contacted pool bandits about installing an above ground pool (biggest one they make). They agreed to a price, as long as we paid “cash”. But when the job was complete, they informed us it would be more. When my wife said we agreed on a different price, they responded “prove it”. But let’s talk about the installation, they agreed to a date for install. They missed that date by over a month (with no contact or updates). Just came to say how amazing our experience has been with Pool Bandits. I have to be really impressed with a company to give a review so let me tell you, from the very first moment I called and spoke with Trish and explained everything I needed done she said she would get right on it and have a crew come out to measure to give me a quote for a new liner. Bless her cause I literally texted her close to 20 times with different questions and Trish answered me with soo much patience. She sent me a link to choose the liner I wanted and it went from there.
