Amazing! I called at 9:30am to talk for a quote, from what I was told would be a compete replacement of our pool pump by other pool repair places, however I was told by the Pool Doctor that they felt it was just the motor. Saved me $400 to $500! Also, I called at 9:30am and they had a tech out by 2:00pm to repair and replace. Great survive and so helpful! All the other pool repair companies I called said 24hr at least to just come to look at my pump. As we all know in the Oklahoma heat a pool that sits will get nasty quick! We have used Pool Doctor for several years. They have opened and closed our pool several times. We were even out of town one year and a freeze was coming. They went to our house and winterized, then just billed us. They have been great at helping us navigate our pool questions. But, our best service came this week, July 2021, when Ryan came out due to our filter and pump malfunctioning. Ryan worked with us and our warranty company to make us whole again. Contacted via website on March 22. Did not receive a response until April 4 via text, saying they would try to stop by some time this week, no estimate of a time given. No further communication has been received and they never showed up. Called another company yesterday, they came out today and fixed the issue.

Called to discuss repair on a leak. Was told the technician would call to discuss the issue. Never received a call back. The dispatch lady is very friendly though.

The Pool Doctor of OKC came out to open our pool around April 14th. They sent an employee named Travis to complete this service. Our typical pool technician was not available. We always request that our pool be made swim ready. We went out to look at the pool after Travis opened it and saw that there is sand all over the bottom of the pool. We went a couple of days debating whether or not it was algae that settled to the bottom of the pool or sand. We called Delmar (our usual technician) personally and he advised us that it was sand, that the sand filter was broken, and we needed to vacuum it …

Had them replace sand and broken latterals. Charged me $400 cash for tech and $400 check and still getting sand in the pool. Still not fixed so had to move on to another company and call this a total loss.
