I couldn’t be happier with my at home “Pool School” with James from Spartan Pools! My husband passed away last winter and I knew nothing about how to care for my pool. One more thing I had to add to a long list of things I had no knowledge about! I was nervous. Would I understand everything they were going to show me? Would they go so fast that I couldn’t keep up? Conner and his team did a fantastic job installing our new pool liner. The rain delayed the installation a few days but I was always kept informed about the timeline. Once the skies cleared the liner was installed quickly and it looks beautiful. Conner went above and beyond and I will recommend Spartan to everyone.

Great initial interaction with the main office. Was told since I did a lot of the work that I would get a discount for opening my pool, told them I wanted to pre-pay the service before they came out and gave them my credit card information to do that. The service technician was very nice and very helpful. He spent a total of four hours in a two week timeframe to get my pool open a little bit later I get a bill for $800 which is $200 more than what I was told I would have to pay and should have already paid. I called Spartan, due to an ongoing issue I had with my blower for my spa and my spa heater not working. I had literally not been able to get my blower to work properly since the original build of the pool., I called in spoke to Paul the coordinator he quickly got me set up and scheduled in. Paul was very professional and prompt. They showed up right on time and on schedule. James, my pool tech was simply outstanding. He was first of all, very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable on what he was doing. Within minutes he had it fixed and ready to go and also got my heater working again. We …
