We have been using Pool Professionals residential services since the company that installed our pool several years ago recommended using them for all of our service repair needs. Pool Professionals has done everything for us- from minor repairs, such as, pool light issues, gauge and backwash hose replacement to major repairs, such as, replacement and installation of a new pool pump, chlorinator and heater/cooler repair. We have a 23,000 gallon residential pool that we think we built some time in the 80’s. We had figured there was some kind of suction problem. We paid another local company to come out for diagnostics and they essentially said I’m not sure what’s wrong with it, it’s just old. The 2 guys from pool professionals came out and within 20 minutes they figured out both problems. In less than 2 hours they had the pool completely running for the first time in 2 summers. I wish I could remember the techs names, one started with a T.

I was in a jam, and Pool Professionals jumped in and saved the day!! I have a very demanding and unfriendly health inspector who gave us short notice to repaint all the depth markers on our deck. We had to move quickly to get this done. PP was the only company with the expertise to complete the project. Super super professional, and a great friendly staff. I highly highly recommend them. Please see photos of before and after. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Pool Professionals are the worst. I will never use them again. They are incompetent, non communicative and litigious. They have no idea if the spa heater they installed even works. Nick turned out to be a ghost…impossible to reach. The gas company they had install the new gas lines, broke my grill and tried to blame the operation on the grill. The grill works fine after I had to fix the issue myself. I called the office on many occasions to pay the remainder of my bill. Leslie was never available nor did she return my call. This week I got a letter from their attorney regarding the unpaid bala…

This company has atrocious customer service. We had them install a new spa heater. In the process they disrupted the gas to our outdoor kitchen grill and made it very complicated to get this repaired. We called repeatedly and left messages to pay a balance on our bill, with no response. Then we receive a notice from their attorney demanding payment. Even after this, we called trying to address, and have been unable to talk to anyone that could handle this. Please choose another service if you want assistance in managing your pool needs.

We have worked with Amber for several years for our community pool and have always had a great experience. Amber is professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. The pool always looks fantastic, and we are so happy with the services. Thanks for all you do for us!
