We bought a new home with a saltwater pool in Wendell. We haven’t used a pool service in the area so after researching online, I called Proactive Pool Solutions. Patrick walked me thru their process and pool maintenance plans. Since selecting them to service our pool, we haven’t regretted it. We’ve received superior service, kind & polite communications, and they’ve helped us navigate pool repairs. I’ve enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them. With a pending winter storm coming, our pool was not prepared for a long period of power outage. After talking with a representative at ProActive pool solutions they sent Joshua out the next morning. Joshua was on time and I could not have asked for a nicer, more professional technician to close my pool. Update 6/25 Proactive continues to keep our stress levels low during the summer pool season with their bi weekly visits. Our pool has never sparkled like this before! After calling multiple pool companies and receiving no answer or callback, we found Proactive Pool Solutions. Patrick was kind, professional, knowledgeable and had such a positive demeanor. PSP was able to help us quickly (with a unique situation) and brought the pool from green to clean in such a quick timeline. Proactive Pool is simply the best pool service provider I've used in over 10 years of pool ownership. They are deeply knowledgeable, dependable, and truly care about their customer's satisfaction. Kamil was here today and took photos of every step, leaving notes of confirmation on what was done and that the pool is safe to swim. Can't ask for more than that for a holiday weekend!
