The experience with Pool Pros throughout the process of replastering our pool, updating lights and safety drains, and installing new tile was fantastic. Everybody at Pool Pros truly care. Do not recommend. Did not complete a resort pool project in a timely manner or with any urgency, and left it a mess/eyesore and unusable for Spring Break. Project is not yet complete annd has been ann ongoing disaster for over 6 months. Inefficient, unreliable and unprofessional.
I've been relying on Pool Pros since 2018, and they are excellent. Their initial equipment installation was professional, and the price was very fair. Their pool maintenance service has been consistently good, keeping my pool in great shape. Recently, they repainted my fiberglass pool. When a few minor issues arose afterward, they handled them perfectly—they followed up immediately and took full responsibility until everything was corrected. Their dedication to service is outstanding. Highly recommended for all pool installations, maintenance, and repairs!
They missed the agreed completion date and completely ghosted me. Please Avoid this company.
