My husband and I had a great experience working with Juan and Tony on the installation of a pool chair lift for my mother, who recently had a stroke. What I appreciated was that Juan was up front with me about the fact that he never did this before, and so because of this transparency, my husband knew to read carefully the instructions alongside him and the two worked together to find a good solution for our pool.
