Tom and Brent were great. We needed a full diagnosis for the pool, spa, water features, and lights to identify why certain things weren’t working and what needed to be fixed or replaced. They answered all of my questions, fixed some wiring and valve issues, and identified and fixed the source of air leaks. They also solved the mystery of a non-working skimmer. I highly recommend Tom and company.

David spent almost 12 hours at my house yesterday draining and cleaning my pool plaster. After 12+ years the pool had an excess accumulation of chlorine and cyuranic acid on the plaster so I could not get the pool water to test properly. He cleaned it up and I am refilling the pool now. It looks so much cleaner. Great job, and a nice man to work with.

We just had a leak check from Tom at Pool Tech in Arlington today. The guys were very knowledgeable and thorough in the process! They were both answering all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing during the work. Very nice guys and so easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend this company for any pool repairs. Thanks Tom and team!

Tom with Pool Tech did a great job fixing my pool heater and replacing a couple of drain covers. He kept me updated throughout the repair and explained everything clearly. Deb was also great with scheduling. Between the two of them, communication was excellent. They confirmed appointments and kept me informed about when they were coming and when the job was done. Really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them.

Mike was right on time and did a wonderful job checking out the whole system finding the two issues that needed repair. He had all the new parts with him and fixed our problem. He also took time to explain exactly what he did and why. Very professional and friendly. We have had pools for 30 years and I have never had this quality of service. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

They replaced my DE filter for me, so I had them back to clean it when the water flow got sluggish. As always, showed up on time, did good work, and gave me some pearls to better extend the life of my equipment. I must add that as a woman, I also appreciate that the tech stands back from the door after ringing the bell, and stands away from me while telling me what he found. Mike’s courtesy and awareness to let me feel safe is such a huge plus. What’s not to love about honest, smart, courteous equipment techs?
