We have used his service for 4 seasons now and have had nothing but excellent, price competitive services. He has even come out on several occasions in emergency situations to get us up and running again. I’ve used several pool companies over the years and the Pool Tech team has been the only one to be continually consistent and trustworthy.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.This is a awful company ran by a guy name John. Quoted me a price over the phone then added 200 dollars more when it came to doing the job. Never came back to ensure level on salt ce was corrected. Constantly tried to get him back over to correct the issues but would never show back up. Didn't have an issue taking funds but didn't provide service he promised. Then spoke with him and said he would show and once again never showed. I just expected them to do what they got paid for.

If I could give below one star I would definitely give this company that. They do not show up when they are suppose to. They opened my pool and all ph to salt levels was off. If they even added the chemicals at all, because they did all this supposedly when I wasn’t home. They never showed up when I was home for the appointments. My husband called John never showed up. Horrible experience. Had to get another company to come behind them and to correct everything.

Had very poor experience with this company, uses subcontractors that are absolutely horrible was forced to contact company several times.
