Delivery is fast! Within a few days of my call, they're there. I appreciate their promptness and they're respectful of the property. But, improving the customer service over the phone would make this a 5 star review.

Great resource and super friendly, especially when our small pool had a tiny leak a few years back. The gent at the time noticed it and let me know what temporary measure (at a local hardware store) i could take while he filled it, and so off I went during fill up and had a running pool again that afternoon.

Excellent service. On-time and super accommodating and easy to work with. They delivered water for a large home on well-water I was pressure washing and they made the process extremely smooth coordinating drop off and pickup with my customer. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely them again for future projects.

Drought conditions this summer has made it hard to keep water Level in our pool high enough.. My home And Pool are located deep in the woods up a high hill, and the employees at Pool Water Pat are amazingly friendly and have gone out of their way to get Pool Water to our home. Thank you for making this summer lot better for us as we have a very bad well making us very dependent on outside water sources.Pool Water Pat company are accommodating as well as reasonable!!

Pool Water Pat was fantastic from start to finish! We called them on a Saturday and by Monday night, our pool was filled with crystal clear water! I had accidentally called the wrong company, thinking it was the company we used last year - but they immediately agreed to match their price and deliver asap. The man who delivered was polite and knowledgeable and was in and out before we knew it! We’ll be back next year! Thanks!
