I highly recommend Pool Works! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the office staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician who came out was on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Their pricing was fair, and I really appreciated that they were willing to come out on a Saturday. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides honest, professional service from start to finish. Ever since we changed from Pinch a Penny to Pool Works, our salt water pool looks, feels and smells sooo much better. Pinch a Penny would spend about 3 minutes at our home, including the time it took to get out of their truck and get back to it! (I actually timed them because it was looking so bad!!) Pool Works however does an amazing job and spends time actually taking care of our pool and equipment. They are super nice and helpful. We've had Pool Works now for several months and couldn't be happier. I wanted to see how they did before leaving a review. You won't be disappointed!

The guy who replaced my sand tank, seemed very knowlegible and was very helpful. Your weekly service sometimes not so good, the last couple weeks had an older guy who seemed to know what he was doing. They really don't want to vacuum for some reason. For years I ran a vacuum all the time. They wear out quickly and are expensive, figured since I'm paying for weekly pool service, that they could do it. I have been with you people for several years, I appreciate the service I get when needed.

Pool Works is hands down AMAZING 🙌 From start to finish, they go above and beyond every single time. Super reliable, insanely knowledgeable, and they treat your pool like it’s their own. I take care of my pool myself. I bring a water sample in for testing and they tell what I need to do with chemicals to perfect the water as needed. These people are spot on. They are all so nice, friendly and helpful. They rate #1 in my book and I highly recommend them.
