Stay away, professional scammers , they keep adding random fees to the their invoices , inflating it systematically hoping customers on will not see the random charges they add on invoices , when i asked the owner “Michael” about it. He got so defensive and started to be so rude , his defense and argument was “no one else noticed” those charges. When i told him i did notice them and i am not happy. His response was i am canceling your service and hung up on me. Average invoice for very basic service is easy $400. If not more some months Definition of systematic rip off Find someone else

Poolfessionals have been a god send for me. When my husband was alive we did everything ourselves. Since his passing 4 tears ago I hired Poolfessionals in 2020 to care for my 35,000 gallon salt water pool. They have given me such trust in them taking care of the beautiful pool my husband made for me! Everyone here at this company are top notch. I just love how caring they are to my needs in taking wonderful care of me and my needs to keep my pool looking marvelous 💖

I am absolutely jaded when it comes to pool services in So. OC. I maintain my own pool because the bulk of the local pool services suck. If they sucked any harder they would create a black hole and drag all of humanity into oblivion. But from time to time even I need help when facing issues beyond my experience. I called Mike from a recommendation to have a leaky pool valve repaired/replaced. He came over the very next day and I approved the work and requested a quote to have all of the above ground plumbing replaced. It took over a month to get the requested quote and to have the work scheduled, then rescheduled and ultimately completed. He runs a busy business and is not as responsive as I had anticipated but... he does outstanding work at a fair price and takes pride in his work. I was looking for a licensed contractor to replace some equipment and I found Poolfessionals on HomeAdvisor. The owner Michael came out the same day I called. He gave a estimate that night and the next day we had him out. He did a excellent job, clean, neat and a real pro.

I had used these mean folks for a while. I finally became pregnant after years of trying. Gave birth to my baby and nearly died. I had three blood transfusions and survived. While nearly dying guess who kept calling asking for payment? These idiots, after I had used them for a couple of years. These guys are the best! Michael did a beautiful installation of our new pool equipment. He is honest, and very knowledgeable in his profession. I knew I had made the right choice after meeting him and seeing his work. Trevor who has serviced our pool since then is also top notch! They genuinely take pride in providing the best service. I've been using Poolfessionsls for almost two years now. My last pool guy came with the house when we bought it and had been servicing the pool for at least a dozen years. He recommended Poolfessionsls as he was retiring. Their communications via text and email are exceptional. Their suggestions for service and repair are fair and proactive. Opting to prevent more costly repairs with lower cost productive work is a true sign of caring for the customer. Their rates are reasonable and their techs are considerate and very knowledgeable.
