We have lived in our home for 17 years and our pool has never looked better!!! The owner takes a lot pride in the work they do and really strives for perfection and added bonus he actually understands the pool equipment (many services are brush and vacuum) but Juan approaches this like an art, he sees what needs to be done and makes the needed changes and fixes and it ends in the most sparkling clean pool ever! You have to give him a call, you won’t be disappointed

Craig and Jeff have cared for my pool for years — installing a heater and handling repairs promptly and professionally. Craig is always responsive to texts and calls, often walking me through fixes over the phone so a visit isn’t necessary. Their pricing is fair and transparent; I never feel taken advantage of. Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa saved my life! Our previous pool service left our pool for 3-4 weeks without service with a party coming up this past Saturday. Craig was able to come and check out the pool within 30 minutes of calling on a Friday morning, turned my pool over starting on Monday and had our pool looking good as new for a party a week after calling them. They have won over my business and are doing a great job keeping the pool looking good as new. The photos speak for themselves.

My pool has never looked better, and the care this company takes with all aspects of my pool is outstanding. Alan services my pool every week, and he does the most amazing job. He takes his time each week, and my pool is now looking immaculate. I would highly recommend Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa service, Craig, and Alan to everyone that cares about the servicing and upkeep of their pool. I have had 5 different pool companies over the last 20 years, and Saddleback Mountain Pool is by far the best!!

We had an excellent experience with Craig. He serviced our spa perfectly and was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The spa has never looked this clean, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality spa or pool care.
