Thank you Pools Infinite and especially Eli for all his help in doing my pool refresh! It initially was a challenge because I was calling from Chicago and getting seriously high quotes without others even visiting my house. When I called Eli he didn’t quote me a price until he had seen my pool. He was able to fix all the pool issues in the pool, including my light! Eli is wonderful; We couldn’t be happier. **First off, thank you so much, Eli!!** We moved here from out of state not knowing anyone. I did a lot of research myself looking for reputable pool contractors and got quotes from at least 8. I was sticker shocked and disturbed by some of the contractors' demeanors. I hired Pools Infinite hoping for a smooth pool installation, but the experience was disappointing. The project took much longer than promised, communication was poor, and I was left chasing updates. Definitely not the professional service I expected.
