Had a small emergency preventing our pool cover from closing, and Poolsafe was really accommodating fitting us in last minute. The communication was excellent - Shana was especially great and went above and beyond to help me, fitting us in quickly when we really needed it. She was a delight to work with. The service itself was outstanding and the area was left perfectly clean, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional and friendly. So happy to have this contact for all future pool cover needs/help!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I contacted them via e-mail to request an estimate for repairs for my automatic pool cover. They responded promptly and scheduled a visit later in the week. On the day of the visit, the techs texted they were on their way and arrived on time. We discussed the issues with the pool cover and they spent a considerable amount of time examining everything and making some adjustments to the system in order to better understand what repairs were truly necessary. Not much to compare to. First time we used the service. The workman seemed knowledgeable and capable. Only downside for me is what I perceive as an high price of $299 for about 20-25 minutes of service. I know everything is more expensive these days, but my mechanic only charges $195 an hour

This team was great to work with. They were flexible in dealing with schedule changes due to weather impacts. They were professional and clean when working in our yard. We had dogs they needed to work around and were great about keeping the gates closed and giving us notice before arrival.
