I am a new homeowner and never had a pool before and the prior owners sold with pool equipment “as is” and it made me nervous that there might be a problem that was lurking. We have moved away and needed someone trustworthy to handle servicing our pool while keeping us informed of anything that needed to be handled. Their communication and follow through has been exceptional. They accommodated an extra visit on short notice prior to showing our home to potential buyers. They also noted and need for servicing a problem but rather than just asking us to trust them, they gave us video footage of our system and pictures of the issue along with a reasonable proposal to take care of it and then more pictures and video once completed showing the result. I have had Eddie from Lightning pools take care of my pool for over 5 yrs. Originally he took over from my dissatisfaction from another service with salt water system and corrected the problem in a timely efficient manner. It is such a pleasure having Eddie - I never worry about being taken advantage of. He always responds when I do have questions about anything and I trust him and this company. It’s a good feeling.

So thankful to Eddie and Alex for assisting me with my pool needs as I had leaks on my pump and salt cell equipment. Alex who did the repairs and cleaned my pool filter was outstanding performing tasks promptly and professionally demonstrating knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them!!! I had no success with two previous pool repair companies that came to assist me, so for me they are the one to call for all your pool needs and repairs!

Eddie & his crew are top tier. Wifey had a lot of experience with them beforehand, I didn’t. I wanted to use someone cheaper, but she insisted. I absolutely see where that extra money went. Not only was my installation clean and tight, but I had a million questions, and Alex was super patient and engaging. Once the install was done (breaker panel with automation), Alex walked me through the entire app. I learned about pool turnover, how I can save electricity by tuning the pump- all sorts of information.
