We did not get what we ordered. We expected a new motor in addition to the cover replacement. I also specifically asked for limit switches to stop the motor before the cover reached a physical stop. The representative who came the day of installation stated that limit switches are not available for the system even if the new motor had been provided. In addition the cover is not properly aligned. When the cover is closed on one side there is a gap of a couple of inches on the other side. I'll be sending you a photo to better show what I mean. Raul did a great job. Project had some challenges but he worked through them and gave me some suggestions to make it easier and cheaper the next time.

We want to thank the following Poolsafe field technician representatives David Dondiego, Hunter Tait and Raul Robles for their outstanding service today representating Teserra Pools. They were on time, hardworking, professional, diligent, efficient and very friendly. They came out and replaced our electric built in pool cover that was under warranty. Cory was our tech and he was excellent! He came out to give an estimate and he was so thorough in his process. He was also great at explaining all the steps and information. He was very courteous and professional in his communications, and very timely and efficient in his service! Our pool fence looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

I love our new pool fence. It was installed with great care and looks better than I could have imagined. Corey's installation was awesome! He was super friendly and talked us through each step of the process! Highly recommend this company and their product (and Corey!).

Jason did a great job his quote was spot on what I was anticipating however the billing department was terrible I was charge $100 more that what the quote was. I had to fight for the reimbursement they also charged me for using a credit card but I purposely used my debit card as directed to not get charged a fee. So the fence looks great but the billing department needs work
