We have hired and FIRED more pool companies than I care to mention. They all wanted the money but did not want to do the work. Our pool was in really bad shape when I called Poseidon. The owner, Cole, personally came out several times that first week and made it his mission to get us up and running right away. Cole and his team go above and beyond every week! Poseidon has taken care of us for several years now and we could not be more pleased. Every week Jesse, our tech, keeps our pool in pristine condition. I cannot recommend Poseidon enough. If you want the best of the best, call Poseidon!

We are very happy with the service from Poseidon Pools! Haley is our pool technician, and she is always reliable, professional, and friendly. It’s great knowing our pool is being taken care of by someone who consistently shows up, does a great job, and is pleasant to work with. Very happy with their pool service. Very attentive and do an awesome job keeping my pool crystal clear!!! Always available for any questions I have and respond immediately. Service tech Andrew has been taking care of my pool for the last few months and is out standing!!!! Thanks Poseidon pools!!!!

Impressed with their customer service. They do things in a professional manner. They offer me information about what they did in an email so I’m always not. I always know what they worked on and how well things are going with my Pool. My previous Pool Guy did not do this highly recommend them.

Poseidon and their team are incredible! Cole…the owner, has gone ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us many times. It’s refreshing (pun intended) to have a pool service team that not only takes care of our pool chems, etc. but that also has the know-how AND willingness to trouble shoot if problems arise, with a thoughtful approach and great communication! Cole really cares about helping his clients and earning our trust! Huge fan so far!!

Jesse was so informative and helpful. He promptly replaced a piece on the pressure valve that cracked off from sun and chlorine damage. He was so easy to chat with, kind and we look forward to him being our normal pool guy!! Nice to meet you Jesse !!
