VERY Happy with my experience with Amy and Wes and Crew. Fantastic Job from Start to Finish! This was a 35 X 17 Inground Liner Replacement. Having installed this pool myself back in 1985, I was happy to let Wes handle it 40 years later! Top Shelf Job! Highly Recommend Premier Pools! Thank you Amy and Wes!

The true test of professional is when the unexpected happens, and a problem needs to be solved. Premier pool had to replace a liner with a seam failure three months after installation May 2025. They said they would replace it in May 2026. They installed the new liner, paid for the water and the chemicals, and solved the problem with absolutely no discussion, just did the right thing. The new liner fits better than the old one! Just a beautiful job! Top notch work. Have to love this kind of workmanship and business ethic.

If you’re thinking about doing a pool, this is the company. Wes and Amy hooked it up. Top notch craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail. Amy probably fielded 100 emails from us as we collaborated with what we wanted. Wes and his crew just absolutely crushed it when they got on sight. No shortcuts here. Top notch everything and overbuilt to ensure durability. The craftsmanship shows. The plumbing is neat and flawless. We are on year 3 with our setup (20x40 with an 8x8 spa) and it’s running SMOOTH. Zero hiccups and Wes has been just amazing with any and all questions ever since…

Highly recommend Premier Pools in Plymouth. Not only is their finished product exactly what I hoped for but their customer service is 5 Stars. The Owners personally work with you to build your dream pool down to every detail, throughout the entire process. They answered every question, provided recommendations and communicated every step. The crew is professional and respectful which is important since they are on your property for some time. The products and materials used are top notch. We love our pool, it’s a dream and we are so happy we went with Premier Pools!

What a GREAT experience we had working with Premier Pools, Wes and his team lived up to every expectation I had and then some. If you are looking to have a pool installed search no more, this is the best company in the market!!! The pool that I always dreamed about is now sitting just steps out our backdoor. I have just had Premier Pools replace my liner Amy Wes and there staff were excellent they came to my house professional and neat liner and pool looks great!!!
