Destroyed my filter. The communication is lacking. Tried calling and texting for 6 weeks just to have my spa looked at, but no resolution. The techs that show up will dip their nets in the water and bounce. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but only receive excuses every time. The work in the pictures are what they are proud of. Give Prestigious a call if you want your pool to look like this. Poor attention to detail. Update: note the lies and excuses, because that is all you will get. Excellent service! Geo is SUPER knowledgeable and an easy guy to work with. Doesn’t try to sell you more than you need and was efficient with his time. He also found 2 leaks in my pool immediately and fixed them! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been using this company for about 1 year after purchasing a home with a pool. They are reliable and show up the same time every week. They are also always available for questions and have repaired a few things. Our kids use are in the pool daily and love it. Will continue to use them!

Always on time, pool is crystal clear, rapid response from owner when I have questions. Company maintains both my home pool in Davidson and even drives four hours to provide as needed, special requests, to my beach home on Bald Head Island which requires a ferry ride to access. Recommend without reservation.

This company is horrible. They lied and said I needed a filter when I didn’t. They made me buy a filter from them that was generic they said it had a warranty, but clearly it didand it was used and it messed up my pool and now this year I had to buy a real filter because nobody could service my pool because the filter that I bought from them was a cheap filter that I paid $1400 for when it wasn’t even worth that then when I reached out to them to get Assistance, they said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t have enough workers in all reality. They knew that they did me wrong, but it’s OK.
