We have been using Pristine for years, and our Pool Support Care technician, Ryan, is absolutely outstanding! We have never once had an issue. He is incredibly thorough and amazing at keeping our pool in optimum condition. As a huge bonus, he is wonderful with our dogs, who get so excited every time he visits! The front office staff at Pristine is also incredibly kind and supportive. I highly recommend Pristine and Ryan for all of your pool needs!

Best pool service around! Fantastic customer service with knowledgeable technicians that care about the service they provide. Family owned that treats their customers like family. Have had several pool services over 25 years and Pristine is the absolute best! We have had Pristine Pool service our pool weekly for over a decade and couldn't be happier. They can handle any issue that arises. Never have to think about any maintenance as they always have everything scheduled. All we have to do is enjoy our beautiful pool

We have been extremely pleased with the weekly pool service provided by Pristine for the past 8 years. The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to ensure our pool is maintained to the highest standards. Reliability is one of their greatest strengths. We’ve been using for Pristine for at least 5years! It was time I left a review. As a homeowner, we have a few companies that help us upkeep our home but RYAN is our favorite hands down. He’s so friendly and so helpful anytime we have questions regarding our pool and is even so kind to my kids when we happen to be in the backyard. Fantastic service! I've been using them for years and they have never cancelled on me once. My pool is ready to use at any time, which is exactly how it should be. They can also do filter exchanges and repairs. Highly recommend.

Pristine Pool Service has been my provider for over 12 years and for good reason. They are simply the best. I want to just walk out in my backyard and enjoy the pool. I don’t want to monitor it to make sure it is in perfect condition. If they observe a problem they take care of it. If have any emergency situations, again, they take care of it. Anthony, our technician, is absolutely wonderful. He makes sure all is well all the time. The owners, Joe and Kristi, run their business the way all businesses should be run. Their customer service is spot on!

As a native of fresno for 70 years,Pristine has kept my pool sparkling clean for years. I have had problems with other pool services. I highly recommend Pristine for all your pool needs, cleaning or maintenance. Joe & Kristi get the job done right the first time and guickly.
