We have been using J & S for our pool maintenance for over 20 years and have always been reliable, hardworking, great prices, and great customer service. When my mother fell getting out of the pool, it was time to get a handle and within a week after quotes and evaluation, the team came out and installed under 2 hours. Best in the business!

Poor service and RACIST !! We wanted to buy something for our pool and got ignored by everyone working there when we got inside, but they did greet this white woman and decided to help her out while we we’re blatantly ignored since we went inside the building. I feel this was a race thing because we are a mexican family and came inside speaking spanish. Overall very rude don’t recommend coming here please save your money for someone else.

We just bought a new-to-us home. It had an in-ground pool already installed. Not more than two months had passed when the pump stopped working. (Note, we did not know the first thing about caring for a pool as this was our first. Sure we could have hired a pool guy to handle it but we just spent a lot on getting the house and also figured we could learn about it and do it ourselves. Great experience with J&S Pools. They’re reliable, professional, and always leave the pool looking spotless. Communication is easy, and they show up when they say they will, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend J&S Pools for anyone who wants hassle-free pool maintenance.

This staff are the best!! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. They are willing to assist do-it-yourselfers, without trying to push extra services. In my case, they were even able to replace a $1,600 part that was recently out of warranty, after they used their influence with the manufacturer!

we called on a Tuesday to repair our pool pump and they responded a.s.a.p. 2 days later we were serviced and ready to roll. the 2 technicians they sent were great and super efficient. Definitely would do business again
