We have had such a great experience with Prizm Elite Pools. Derek is professional, and reliable. He always explains what's going on, what needs to be done, and gives honest feedback about problems without trying to upsell unnecessary fixes. He's incredibly resourceful and thoughtful when it comes to repairs and finds the most cost-effective solution without compromising quality. Derek's communication is great, he's responsive, keeps us informed and follows through on everything he says he'll do. He also has a hassle-free system for paying invoices. Prism Elite Pool has been servicing our pool since we purchased our home in Rocklin. They excellent communicators always letting us know their arrival schedules and with giving us the results of our pools treatment. Both Avy and Derek have done our serving and it’s been awesome mainly because of their work and they’re letting us know how our pool is doing . Whenever any changes occur we are always given notice of the needs of the pool and what we can do to keep it top shape. They have gone beyond their call of duty and we appreciate them immensely. Kudos to Prism Elite.

I’ve been using Prizm Elite Pools for about a year and really love the service. My favorite part is the notifications. Everything is just so professional and organized. A notification when they’re on their way, which helps since I have dogs and the notification of the pools measurements with a picture so that you know they actually came. I’ve used other pool services before and there were some weeks that I did question if they actually came because service is so quick. Prizm takes the guess work out of that. It also helps that my pool stays clean and hopefully soon will be ready for summer.

Great customer service. Avy does the extra mile; he even went into my pool and scrubbed stains until they were gone. I get a recap after each visit of what was done. He is very reliable.

Prizm Elite Pools is the best pool service. I have used their services since 2017 without any issues. They do mineral treatments, filter cleaning, maintenance, and chemical management just to name a few. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.
