Eric with service department really knows his business! He changed out my pump and motor in no time and did a very neat job. Had a slight cavitation issue next day. He showed up same day and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Very impressive young man. Pro pools, Eric is a great employee and a wonderful representative for your business!!

Pro Pools may be tucked away on a side street but their staff and service are second to none! Always willing to help and a nice inventory of pool supplies. Scott is a great guy and very helpful, I love this pool place!

Our pool looks FANTASTIC using their products & their analysis.(It's an above ground pool & we have well water. It would turn green when we added water. Now it's crystal clear all of the time.) Love the drive up service too! It's not necessary to get out of the vehicle-they'll come to your car & help you. Hoping they keep this feature!

Even though I didn’t buy from them, when I called looking for a chemical Kevin really stepped up to try to help me. Even though we didn’t find exactly what I was looking for he was super helpful and if I need anything I will check with them first!

Charged me several times to fix the problem but problem wasn't fixed.
