We had our patio installed by Jeff at PSW. It was great to work with him from beginning to end. He designed a lovely patio with privacy in mind. A beautiful stone stairway , plantings and a fire pit. He was terrific to work with. We still enjoy it after all these years. Totally trust him. Thank you.

For a turnkey experience, Pittsburgh Stone & Waterscapes is a great company to work with. Design, consultation, experience... this team really knows and cares about what they are doing. The whole team and everyone who works for them are true professionals! We are looking forward to wrapping up our pool project this spring - it's going to look beautiful!

Very disappointed to find that we are not spending enough money this time for PS&W to consider our project. Spent the afternoon on the phone only to find out from the owner that their "costs have escalated as we include a architect, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project sales manager on every project which is typically unreasonable for projects under $50,000." PS&W did do a great job with our backyard deck/patio remodel back in the Fall of 2014 ($30,000+), we contacted them again for a seamless extension of our patio to include a swim spa incorporation with beautiful aesthetics. Josh and the team and Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and provided feedback and suggestions for our patio. We talked to 4 different contractors and they were the most responsive and also had the most professional process. They did 3D drawings and we got a really good feel of what the patio would look like. Most importantly they were always on time. They started when they said they would and showed up everyday until the job was done. There were NO little items that were left unfinished for weeks as some of our neighbors had. I would work…

My husband and I wanted to transform our backyard into something we would both enjoy. We thought our project would be too small for PSW, but we learned otherwise. From the first meeting with the salesperson and throughout the process, everyone at PSW treated us very professionally. The team made every effort to understand our needs and wants to design a place that is truly an oasis for us. I cannot recommend PSW enough for any outdoor project. I didn't think anyone would be able to effectively tackle the complicated mess that was our backyard, but PSW handled it with confidence, care, and expertice. Everyone we worked with from their in-office staff, designers, project managers, and contractor partners were incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgable. When I have more time, hopefully I can come back and write more, but PSW was amazing to work with. We had an absolutely terrible experience with a local builder, and came in to this project very nervous. PSW was amazing from start to finish with design, materials, and consideration of the customer. Add excellent communication to the mix. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the pittsburgh area.
