Jonathan, Ben and Ryan showed up right on time and were ready to “dive” in to it. They got their equipment together and assessed the job in a few minutes. Took a few minutes to say hi to our dog Cosmo and started the work. Very polite and professional. Job completed in a little over an hour. Took some time to get the light installed correctly but patience prevailed. Great group of guys and would recommend for any pool tepair job. Thank you.

Sam showed up was great very knowledgeable fixed my problem in just a few minutes. Was very honest and didn’t try to up sell me. He did educate me on some new more modern equipment that we may upgrade to. I would recommend purpose pools great experience.

Great experience obtaining a bid! Rob came out, diagnosed the issue, answered all questions and was happy to give full explanations of how the issue arose and how the repair would work. Bid arrived very quickly, was detailed and very easy to select the services in order to get the job started/ Thank you, Rob, for a great service experience!

Excellent communication. Sam was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. In 20 years of pool service and repair I have never had a more knowledgeable tech AND he was very nice.

Great customer service Purpose Pools is Customer Service oriented. They took the time to explain how the system works. It was very detailed. I really appreciate their expertise and would use them again. My technician Rob was really great and I recommend him and the company he works for.

We recently moved to Boulder City and were looking for a reliable pool company. The stress we had about our pool just disappeared! They repaired everything, and it looks amazing. I wished to report that I had a better experience with Purpose Pools LLC, but I did not and feel that our community needs to be made aware. 1. The company does not provide you with an appointment time or an appointment time frame. You are expected to stay home and wait for the technician's arrival. Mark stated that technician will provide me with a 15-20 mins text before arrival. I received a text while the technician was near my house and I had to rush from work in order to get home. 2. Had a winterization cap put on after removing salt cell and a new colored pool light replaced. Both pool technicians (Jonathan and Ben) were polite and worked quickly, cleaning up and answered questions related to our issues.

My pool was a hot mess and borderline swamp (to my eyes). I used social media like yelp to find a pool company to fulfill my needs. That’s when I discovered Purpose Pools, LLC.
