Rancho Pool Services Inc., or should I say, Rancho Pool Services Inc. and Also Kind of Rancho Pool Services, Too, needs to get its act together. They operate as two companies, but apparently, their billing system is stuck in a love triangle with confusion and chaos. I sent payment to Rancho Pool, but Company Number Two claims it never arrived. Imagine a relay race where the baton is labeled ‘PAYMENT,’ and somewhere between Team Rancho 1 and Team Rancho 2, it gets launched into another dimension. Rancho Pool Service is the South Bay's largest and most reputable Pool, Spa and Water Feature service company. Specializing in energy efficient equipment.
These guys are great. Competitive pricing, fast response time, great communication, very experienced. Can't recommend them enough.
The sevice is poor. The follow up from management is just as bad. Very disappointing. Do yourself a favor and choose another provider for your pool and spa needs.
