From the moment we made the first phone call inquiring about installing a gunite pool until completion of job, we felt confident in Reliable Pools’ ability to accomplish our vision of a backyard getaway. I hired Ryan from Reliable Pools LLC out of Abbeville, La to replace my in-ground pool liner. They did a fantastic job! It was extremely difficult to find someone who would even take the job on. Most companies declined. Ryan and Cody were patient and professional with the process because the job didn't go exactly text book. I'd definitely recommend them and/or hire them again. Thanks guys. More like UnReliable Pools. I can't say anything about Ryan's pool maintenance as I haven't used the service, however I had a complete makeover on my pool, a two to three week job, so said, that has so far taken 3 months. Although the almost finished job looks pretty good, we are still missing parts and have an unfinished cool deck, as well as a bad leak in the pool. The reconstruction work was done by a man and wife team who worked incredibly hard. I never knew when people were going to show up to work, even when promised a day or time. Ryan and his Team are absolutely fantastic! Anytime I have an issue with my pool, Ryan or Paige are there to take care of it. The weekly maintenance has been perfect every time for the past 6 years.

I operate Riverside Swim Club in Lafayette, La. It is a 'member only' neighborhood swim club. We have been in business for over 60 years. We were in need of a replastering job, since the last one was done over 20 years ago, for our 170,000 gallon pool. Another pool company referred Reliable Pools to us since it was a large project. If you’re not familiar with contract work it can be difficult, there are sometimes unforeseen problems that can occur. For us, it was the finished product! Couldn’t be happier with the quality and service from Ryan and his crew.
