My Steve and I interviewed multiple builders and went with Renaissance Homes as our custom builder. 10+++++ We finished July 2023 and I had swore I did this review but realized I had not! They are Exceptional. They came in 4 cents under our worst case bid. Zero surprises complete professionals. We have an amazing home 5600 SQ on our land. As of today we still have ZERO settling cracks inside or out. I would not change a thing. Naturally I am a bit skeptical of new builds like most. Typically corners are cut, there’s a general lack of attention to detail and things that shouldn't break do. While I’ve only checked out one of the builds, I can tell why the reviews are so positive (outside of a few grumpy neighbors that didn’t want trees removed). After doing a very thorough inspection of the open house, I could not find issue with the home. I almost could not believe everything worked as it was supposed to! Our Renaissance floorpan is perfect for us and the exterior of the home is beautiful. We have owned 2 other Renaissance Homes over the past 24 years. We have always been so pleased with the quality of the construction, the meetings with the talented Designer and most importantly the whole complete process was "In house". The Construction Manager was so attentive to detail that one time he picked up on a tile irregularity I did not even notice. (I am pretty picky too!) After being in real estate for the last 20 years and growing up in the building industry, I was very selective and knew what to look for when choosing my custom home builder. Renaissance did an amazing job. They have an excellent reputation, process, team, trustworthy and build quality. They helped me to evaluate the land before I purchased it which was a huge help. From land experts, in-house architects, nationally recognized designers, this process was so smooth! They also have locked in base pricing. It’s been 3 years and I love my new Renaissance Home!! Renaissance Homes not only builds exceptional homes but walks you through every step of the process, even after you get your keys to your dream home. I grew up in a Renaissance built home. I can attest to how well my childhood home was built, which set the bar quite high for the type of home I would want to own as an adult. I can honestly say I’ve never worked with a more class act builder than Renaissance. Their process is incredibly dialed in—from their design center to their streamlined permit team for custom builds.
