Neptune Pools put in this pool 30 years ago. We have used them for over 20 years. The pool was done well as reflected in how well it continues to operate. The items that have needed replacement have all been done well and at very reasonable cost. Their recommendations are excellent. I'm conservative in praise, but Neptune deserves five stars.

Neptune did a superb job constructing our pool during COVID. Recently we had a pipe gasket fail during a weekend, which caused a pretty bad leak in the equipment room. I emailed and called Neptune Service Department on a Sunday, and they replied within an hour or so, telling me how to shut off the equipment until they could get out to me. The next morning they were there early and fixed the leak. Their response was excellent and much appreciated!

Neptune installed my pool in 2002. We have been loyal customers for all service and maintenance for more than 20 years. I have referred Neptune Pools to my friends and associates over the years.

Neptune designed and constructed my pool and spa 8 years ago and it is beautiful! I continue with maintenance services weekly and that works well for me. Brian, Jesus and Kate have been very responsive. Equipment issues occur regularly, but that is the nature of a pool. Service Manager Matt is very knowledgeable and fixes problems as quickly as he can within the scope of his very busy workload. He has taught me a lot about how pools work. One area for improvement: smoother communications between maintenance and service.

I have had 2 inground pools made by Neptune over the years and would highly recommend them. They keep up with the schedule and are great to deal with.

The folks at Neptune can build a good pool but are poor communicators, so for this reason I am only able to give them one star. With my pool, mistakes were made that could not reasonably be corrected because they were discovered too far along in the construction process. In the end, the finished product was not done as agreed on and I was left disappointed…and they really didn’t seem to care. Don't hire Neptune if you're looking for a smooth process with a contractor that will return calls in a timely manner and provide complete communication.

Building a pool is not for the weak. It’s a tough process with a lot of things that can go wrong, with a lot of different types of skilled labor necessary to work as a unit in a certain scheduled sequence. My experience with Neptune was not perfect, but I imagine that goes with all pool builders. But they were open to making adjustments, open to input, and open to teaching me what I did not know about pool construction and maintenance. Working with Jesus and Matt during the startup and maintenance was particularly positive. They always showed up with a smile and took the time to expl…
