We hired Richmond Patios, a satellite office of Virginia Beach Patios, 6/2023. Our project began in 9/2023 and it was estimated to be completed by the end of October. 7 months later and they refused to correct remaining outstanding issues. To say our experience with this company has been horrible is an understatement. 1. They billed us for almost 300 sq feet of pavers that were not installed. They had billed us for two different pavers installed in the same location. RVA and VB Patios are so amazing to work with. They are super professional, detailed, and stay in full communication through the whole experience. From the sales team to the email and call response team to the owners themselves. I highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!
