Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were very informative about the process, helpful with the selection of tiles and color of plaster and overall pool knowledge we did not have prior, while just being a phone call away! We could not have asked for a better group of people than Greg and his team. Would 1000% recommend to everyone who wants a honest pool remodel guy!

I had an amazing experience with Greg and his team when remodling our pool and backyard and outdoor kitchen. He was a complete professional from start to finish. Came out almost everyday of the project and always available on the phone. The end result was beautiful and I would highly recommend.

I hired them for a small paver job to match our existing pavers. I needed it done within 2 weeks. Alex's team came out the very next day and installed the pavers! Then his sealer guy actually converse with me several times to make sure that we got the exact sealer to match it. Even special ordered it for us. Ross pools is affordable and they have a strong work ethic. Moving forward, they're the only company I'll use!

We had an exceptional experience working directly with Alex from Ross services during the installation of our pool and patio. I am so happy I chose Ross Services for my pool and deck resurfacing. I have no regrets whatsoever. Their crew is absolutely amazing. I have never seen men work so hard, for such long hours, without complaining and then return the next day ready to keep going. Our third job with Ross Services. Joel Borden did our travertine driveway in our previous home 12 yrs ago and did the same in our new home 5 yrs ago. Just did our patio with marble tile and diamondbrited our pool. Excellent work and quality. Joel is involved every step of the way and makes sure the job is done right and on time. Very personable. Strongly recommend this company. They do beautiful work.

This company is hands down 5 stars. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Greg is so easy to work with. He was at the project every day from beginning to end. He was always making sure everything was going smooth. He was done with our custom pool in only 2 months, which is unheard of. He under promised and over delivered. My husband and I reccomend him to all of our neighbors and everyone is so thankful we did. Great job guys !! Thanks again for all your hard work and honesty.
