The members of Blue Construction and Plumbing that I met - Nury, Javier, Carlos, and Jorge - are divine people. They repaired a leaking balcony that caused havoc between me and my neighbor, who lived in the condo just below mine. Every time it rained, water flooded into her beautiful bedroom.
