With all of the positive reviews, my family and I expected a much better experience than what we received. The biggest issue was communication. We were given a timeline that was never followed, updates were inconsistent, and once the final payment was made, communication essentially stopped. Before the project began, we were told our fence had to be removed so equipment could access the backyard. We agreed, and our neighbor kindly allowed us to remove their gate temporarily, expecting it would only be needed for about a month. S&L Pool is terrific!! Sal knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to pool installation. Lena is very professional, sweet, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They showed up to look at our property after our first call. Walked us through exactly what they had and what they could do. They were professional with negotiation, far with prices, always answered the phone, addressed all our concerns and went out of the way to satisfy us. Our family is very happy with the work they did. One of the reasons we were hesitant on getting a pool was because of the permits and all the work it takes, but they made the process very easy. Their team is always ready to answer any questions even when after they have completed the job. They also installed the cover for the winter. If I could choose someone to install our pool, I would choose S&L Pool Installation all over again
