Sardelli Pools knows how to take care of business, quickly! A couple of years ago the Sardelli team refurbished our old 1970’s pool to new. Moreover, they finished the job in record time. Additionally, the Sardelli crew opened our pool within a couple of hours and it is already looking great!!

Not pool related. Yesterday there was a huge fiasco picking up my grandson involving locked keys in a running car, driving his moms car to get my spare, running out of gas to get back to my car because her car was low on gas and I didn’t have access to money or phone because they were locked in my running car. Everything that could go wrong did! Anyhow, I ran out of gas and coasted thru the intersection at 13 mile and Van Dyke. Was able to get the car safely out of harms way. Thought about walking the mile and a half to my destination but had my 2 year old grandson with me. I saw Sardelli Pool…

We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment. All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I’m sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build…

It’s amazing that this place has been in business for as long as it has, but I can see by the old man’s attitude that it is time to say goodbye. He is scratchy and crabby, and no longer interested in proper customer service. You never know who your next customer could be when you are kind to them. This is a lesson for me to never ever ever use Sardelli pools even though they are right on the corner. My Beach entry pool money will go to someone else because of your attitude. Maybe it’s time for you to listen to everybody else. You’re ornery and you need to learn a few lessons, including the old…

what happened to a little honesty and transparency.? was told by mr sardelli himself that my system needed to be updated / replaced ., and that this cost would be $12,450 🤣🤣🤣 ., and that's not including the heater.! ✋🏾🤣🤦🏾‍♂️ after some due diligence and second and third opinions an also having the previous owner come out and confirm that the only thing that needs to be done .., is to convert the sand to glass media .; total cost $1000..! what a total scam .!! lesson to be learned here .., is to always get a second and third opinion.!!!!!
