I recently reached out with a few questions about my above-ground pool and water chemistry, and Brian was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what I needed to do. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to help. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend asking for Brian if you need assistance!

I called here and had some questions on my pool and water chemistry and Brian was very nice and efficient, he knew exactly what I needed, and he walked me through every step of the way he has great. Customer service is very friendly and is very helpful. He knows exactly what you need and how to get it done and will walk you through every step of the way highly recommend This is gonna be my main pool place from now on

My husband and I have looked and pondered for many years for a pool or spa and we always went back to Secard Pool & Spas we finally decided Secard pool & Spas was the best option for us. Micheal, in sales was extremely kind and patient with us, never pushed us into anything. Micheal asked all the right questions and he was extremely knowledgeable about all their products. The team at Secard were great from start to finish. Laura made sure we got the right spa for our backyard oasis with just the right amount of bells and whistles. And Edgar, Mario, and Elio made sure install went smooth. They made sure that everything for us to get started enjoying our spa was in place. we had a filter problem that turned our pool green for a long while until we called here, we talked to brian and he came over the next day and made our pool look blue and beautiful. would recommend! 👍

I called the Rancho location had some questions about my above ground pool and needed some advice on how to the pool clean with out dumping tons of chemicals into the water. I spoke with Brian and man he gave me all the information I needed to keep my pool clean through the summer, Brian was very knowledgeable and very courteous helping out and I appreciate all of his help, thanks again.
