Unfortunately this business will lie bait and switch to get your money. I came in looking for a spa. I purchased the El grande 15,000 pay for it that day.. The salesperson told me it comes with the stairs that are in front of it. I said okay cool. I needed the wider stairs that were on display in front of the spa. I keep disabled adults and they are sometimes off balance. When the spa arrived they switch the stairs to smaller rounder stairs which I felt were not sturdy enough and definitely not what I was told I was going to receive. . I go into the store on waterman atleast 2 times a month for my pool needs . Every time I go there in lady in there makes me feel uneasy. Her customer service skills are horrible .NEVER gives me eye contact . She has never smiled for me or gave me the impression she really likes my kind or wanted to help me really . I am an African American and she gives the impression that she’s bothered by that. It makes me want to walk out when I see she is the one working .That’s not good business and there are other pool places that would welcome my business . The other 2 workers there never gives that…

Great products and Hot Tub brands. Great service and installation. When I came into the store I knew very little about modern Hot Tubs and Charlotte was incredibly helpful in explaining things and showing me different models. Erica, who also works in the office, was extremely helpful and very responsive. On the day of the installation she called me to make sure that everything went well and that I was satisfied with the installation experience. So far we just ordered the replacement liner and going to this place in San Bernardino to pay the down payment for it, but my parents had it built in the 80s a had a great experience here in San Bernardino store.
