I love the north location of Sparkle, however I just realized they’ve shortened their hours. They’re no longer open on weekends and only until 5 through out the week which are the hours most people work. Extremely inconvenient when needing water tested or to buy supplies.

Update: I met with a gentleman at Sparkle Pools and he said they wanted to make it right. About a week ago the crew came and fixed the issues I had with my pool. I think too many companies used COVID as an excuse to do less than desirable work, but at least this one filled up with repairs. I wouldn’t recommend Sparkle Pools to anyone. They installed my pool last June and did a poor job in my opinion. As you can see no pad under the pump, the uprights are crooked and poor installation of the caps of the uprights.

DO NOT PAY FOR A POOL INSTALLATION! Update for owner response 2: This is why I didn’t answer their calls. Note the condescending and contradictory responses to problems. I will upload drone pictures later to show Sparkle Pool’s incompetence, and the pool should have fit much, much better regardless of any slight difference in sizes. Update for owner response 1: The pool I bought was the same size as the previous pool, because it was also installed by Sparkle as well; they told me themselves. Had to have total rebuild due to a deer getting in the pool. Bad quality work. Liner came loose from the coping in less than a week. Water turned green in 3 days after opening. Left 18 inch ruts in my yard. Charged me service charge for leak in pipes they installed. Lied time after time about coming to fix issues. Owner’s wife was so rude to me on the phone I would have spit on her if we were face to face,and I normally wouldn’t spit on a bug. Worst customer service I have ever received.

I know its long - Pool install approximately 3 weeks ago - They have been out 3 previous times for issues already. I had called last week and notified them that I suspected a leak. They said someone would be out. No one had come out. Yesterday morning the surface of my pool looked odd, I investigated and my pump was sucking air and the soil was wet on same side of pool. I stopped my pump out of fear of ruining my pump. As soon as the pump stopped, water started pouring out of the lid to the pump. I quickly retightened the lid to prevent more water loss. They communicate with me very well. I needed a new sand filter which they special ordered for me and had it installed in a week. The technicians were quick, informative and, very pleasant.
