We chose Blue Haven to build our dream pool after researching several other companies. We met Don Beam at the Oklahoma Home and Garden Show then met with him where we provide our vision and dream for what we wanted. Don was just amazing and gave us the perfect design for our pool. We had our pool built by Blue Haven, with completion in October 2020. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced multiple issues that have been very disappointing given the investment and the relatively short amount of time since installation. First, the plaster has shown significant deterioration far earlier than what would reasonably be expected. Despite consistent weekly professional pool service, the surface has developed discoloration, blotching, rough and uneven texture, and areas that appear to be prematurely wearing. Now that we understand how to use everything correctly and we are getting to really enjoy our pool, we wanted to get a review in for our pool built by Blue Haven Pools in Edmond, OK. We had our pool built by Blue Haven 3 years ago. I reached out to them recently after tiles have already fallen off. Their response was that they are unable to help customers with such small repairs and recommended that I search for a pool repair person on some Facebook group. If they cannot accommodate small repairs, then they should have names of trusted companies to recommend for repair to their customers. Recommending that I search for a repair company on a Facebook page is not a way to treat their customers. I know people who have had their pools built 25+ years ago in OKC and their tile…
