“Good morning, Your chemicals didn’t do anything at all. Pool is as green as it was before. My entire $500+ went down the garbage. Extremely disappointed in your false claims of 70 years in business. Been using Stardust for 6 years now and they are great and knowledgeable people. Had them convert my pool to salt water, which is just fantastic. For the past 5 years the water has remained perfect with no need for any chemicals whatsoever. I then had them install a heat pump which easily gets me 2 or more months of pool use. They do my closing every year, and just yesterday I had them replace the sand in my filter. I purchased a robotic vacuum which was a real game changer. They now have a new item, a solar powered automatic pool skimmer by Betta. I purchased one last year and never had to us…

Extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The team didn't arrive until after noon and only worked for about an hour and a half. We specifically requested pool filter maintenance, but instead of servicing the filter properly, they damaged it. On top of that, they failed to perform the pool cleaning we paid for and only removed the cover before leaving. What made the experience even worse was their customer service. Buyer beware: shoddy workmanship, nonexistent customer service Save your money and go somewhere else. We have had nothing but headaches since Stardust Pools completed our in-ground pool in Spring 2021. We had a leak in the first year they said was “normal” (untrue) and they failed to successfully address it. They left it uncovered, without connecting the filtration system, causing filthy water to sit for months, which left permanent stains in the liner and stairs, which they have not remedied. This company is terrible, do not use them for any fiberglass pool resurfacing unless you want a rough finish, drips, epoxy resin stained on your deck and fiberglass dust all over your backyard because they don’t collect dust. Very unprofessional

I had my inground pool opened by Stardust Pools and am very satisfied. Matt and Jonathan were the technicians who opened the pool, vacuumed it and put in the chemicals. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Jess, who took my initial and other calls, and Dennis who scheduled the opening and the follow up. I highly recommend Stardust Pools.
