My pool project was started in April and I am above and beyond excited and so thrilled with the outstanding work that Swan Pools have delivered. We are now in the month of June and hitting perfect timing for the kids, friends and family to enjoy!! The compliments from all my friends and neighbors have been overpouring with so much happiness and me being so detailed explaining the process and steps to future customers. We had a great experience with this pool company during our installation. The project was completed faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise given the size of our 40 by 20 pool. The final result turned out amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything looks and functions. The team was professional throughout the process, and the quality of their work really shows. I would definitely use their services again on the next home I buy and highly recommend them to others.

Swan Pools built our pool back in 2018. The process went smoothly other than the unforeseen heatwave. I'm glad that I listened to them when they suggested not pouring the concrete deck during a heat wave. Almost 6 years later and the pool deck still looks great. We love the pebble finish and shear decent water feature in our pool. We are very happy with our pool and look forward to another summer of swimming.

Pay more and go elsewhere… Our concrete had to be demo’d & redone, after it was redone the deck drain was never sealed (basic pool builder detail), water got under, froze and damaged the concrete again. Never called me back or followed up to make it right. (They offered to come back at a cost to fix their mistake, when I asked them to come back they never followed up). Sleeve installed wrong, came back to repair and used a different color material. (Looks ghetto) Little to no project oversight. Overall not bad the pool is generally good (from a distance), but for the amount of money you pay, …

I am very happy with my pool that was designed and completed by Swan Pools. The design was better then we imagined as well as the final product. Staff was friendly, informative and patient with us. They made each step of the pool easy to understand and their input on the design was more than appreciated.
