The customer service at Swim Solutions is great. They work quickly and efficiently. I requested a pool cleaning and they were at my house with in a few days. the tech was thorough and helpful and even labeled our pool equipment for me. I love the report they email after a visit. We will use Swim Solutions again and I would recommend them to my friends and family!

After several years of haphazard service from several pool companies, I have been very pleased by the service I have received from Swim Solutions for three years now. My pool is cleaned impeccably once each week, and once a month my cartridge is serviced, too.. I have had 2-3 technicians with Swim Solutions, all good and reliable, but my current tech, Victor Negron, has been especially commendable in his work. He is timely, efficient, and is always such a friendly, smiling individual.

Be warned. This pool cleaning service is the worst pool service experience I had. I will not have them clean my pool again. Because of they were not honest in their weekly provided reports. Items that were supposed to be reported as done in their report such as pool vacuum, brush, chemicals’ check and reporting of issues of equipment like skimmer basket were reported falsely or not addressed at all….

Do not use this company. For months after a motor replacement (which I am finding out now probably was not warranted) the motor housing leaked. Prior to that the pool pump seemed to be working but with a restriction. After the replacement the pump still seemed to have the same restrictions. For months this company had been coming out saying it was this and it was that. Never really getting to the root of the problem. Finally they sent to me a bill stating that I needed a whole new pump to the tune of $1700. This seemed suspicious and up to this point I had been going along with there recommend…

Finally some personal service! Parts were ordered and delivered with a smile. Everything fit perfectly because they knew the right questions to ask and lead me to the correct numbers. I'm done with PaP and Leslie's!
