We called Swims and sSweeps to come clean our pool. We we’re planning on doing a regular maintenance with them throughout the summer. They told my husband what he needed to put in the pool it came to about $80. He did everything they said; clean the pool, put in the product, clean the pool. He went back said there was still a problem. We had an appointment with them. They didn’t show up! My husband called to find out why they weren’t here. They changed their mind about coming. They wanted to go somewhere else but finally did show up. My husband told him prior to their visit that they would…

Came here 2 days in a row, as well as calling in, to get help on my pool water. Both times there was a sign on the door that they were closed from 2 to 3 then the next day it was 10:30 tp 5:30. I drove in from out of town to go here and this seems to be a chronic problem, as well as not returning phone messages. I'll be going to Energy Center from now on. At least they know how to operate a real business.

We had a fire stove installed in December of 2021 by Swims & Sweeps. In February of 2022, when we had our first rain, the chimney portion of the stove was leaking water. We called three times and stopped in once, over the course of two months, before someone came to look at it. They put caulking around the seal on the roof. Next rain (end of May 2022 and after “repair”) this is what is still happening. First off the lady who answers the phone has the worst attitude and probably pushes more business away, because obviously it's too much for her to deal with! Very rude and assuming what we needed just to say that we'll have to wait because everyone wants their pool looked at! If this wasn't the only company we've found who does above ground pools we would have been done with it right there! We put up with it and they have canceled then rescheduled, but the lady was again really rude, just to cancel again because others take priority! The experience to fix your mistakes... We bought a house with a pool this winter and opening it up has been a struggle. After failing to make progress with other stores we finally went to Swims and Sweeps. They not only recommended products, they gave us advice on how to properly use them. They also came out for a check up and a "pool school" on how to maintain. It's now clear and beautiful. Thanks guys!

Would give more than five stars if we could! Swims and Sweeps came in and installed a new fireplace for us. The Swims and Sweeps team helped us from start to finish - finding the right stove for us, helping with the demolition and removal of the old worthless fireplace, installing a beautiful new and very efficient fireplace, being respectful in our home, and then connecting us with a fantastic mason to help reconstruct our rock hearth - making it so you can't even tell it's not original to the home.
