We had a very good experience with our pool build from start to finish. Juli, our sales rep, understood our vision and executed a design that fit exactly what we wanted. As transplants to FL and first-time pool owners, we appreciated how helpful she was in guiding us through certain decisions. She was a good listener and quickly understood our needs. We had an amazing experience with Tampa Bay Pools from start to finish! Our pool broke ground on March 15th, and we were swimming by May 10th — we couldn’t believe how smooth and efficient the process was. A huge shoutout to Dan in Sales for helping us design the perfect pool and making the entire process easy and stress-free from day one. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Pools if you are considering having a pool built. From start to finish it was a great experience. JC did our design of the pool and did a great job. Rob was our project manager. Rob went above and beyond what regulations called for just to make sure our pool would last our lifetime. Rob also kept us informed on all the construction timeline and finished the project in a timely manner. Also, De'Andre, who works in the office, helped me more than once when I needed help.
