We had such a great experience with Terrell Pool Service! I initially reached out via text after seeing a recommendation on Facebook, and they responded almost immediately. I was recommended Terrell's Pool Service by a friend of a friend and I have been very happy with the service and execution. Communication can be up and down for small ticket items, but overall Victoria is all over things and the team gets out and gets things done. They've reopened my black pool, replaced a skimmer, moved equipment, added returns and lights. I've appreciated they're help and professionalism in our quasi-remodel. Check them out for yourselves!
Great experience with Terrell's Pool Service! A++ Service! My first impression was extremely positive; they came out at a moment's notice to see about my needs. Victoria, Jacob and Dylan were all super to work with. Local pool company that puts the customer first IMO. Terrell’s pool came out to my house to take a look at a leaking pipe going to the pump. Both young gentleman were very nice and professional. They completed the job and showed me how it was fixed.
We had a leak in our pool. Terrell Pools came quickly and found the leak within 15 minutes. They fixed the issues and were gone in 30 minutes.
