After 7 weeks and 6 times coming out, they couldn’t manage to repair my pool sweep that is just floating around. Kept claiming is wasn’t covered under home warranty- but warranty says it is and kept sending them out. Also was to replace timers, but put them up in old rusted box instead of brand new box they came in- then claimed home warranty won’t cover them replacing box.

Worst experience ever!! Non responsive to phone calls, been waiting since March, now June for a simple jacuzzi pump replacement. Excuse after excuse, hillbillies in the office. No sence of people's respect or urgency on anything. Cant seem to keep their so called business either. 3 recalls & blah,blah blah...if i acted like them as a surgical trauma nurse there may be some fatalities, thankfully i take pride in my job & servive to others. Sad about me seeing these other reviews now, shame on me! Winds blown the panel down 4 times this month🤬

My pool filter lid was leaking pretty badly Our home has a warranty and they dispatched TPG. They came the same day and had the major issues fixed the following day. We had constant communication through text, email, and phone. The techs explained everything and answered all of my questions.

We were customers with this company for about a year and we had a pretty decent experience until we didn't. In the summer of 2022 after a routine cleaning, the pump started smoking on the side of our house and thank God a neighbor noticed and told us. It would have caught the house on fire had we not stopped it. I tried to call TPG. Nothing. I tried to email, nothing. Texting, nothing. In the meantime I found another pool technician who explained that they had not put any DE in the system in quite a while and had changed our chlorinator from salt to chlorine. Had a small leak going into the pump. They came out twice to look at it to order part. The second time they left my pool broke and inoperable. Two weeks later with a broke pump after many calls and texts and emails with them and the home warranty company that hired them my pool is now getting cloudy because I have no pump to circulate it. We are still waiting for an O ring to fix the original leak and someone to come fix the pump they broke.

I had a good experience with TPG. I have an above ground pool out in the middle of nowhere TX. It has been challenging, to say the least, to find anyone to come out here for us, but they were willing to come out to us anyways. We had a leak at the skimmer. I scheduled a visit with TPG online and they followed up with me via text message, as well as email, and confirmed our appointment. They came out when they said they would, inspected my issue and we determined several possible causes for my leak. The 1 star speaks for itself… no comment. The 1star was directed to the right place for sure and it is actually better than what I wanted to give you based on my experience. I called for service whether the warranty covered it or not so I’m not disappointed because of the warranty decision to be clear. Stupidity would be you being in business to service customers and you don’t. I would suggest to you that when a customer calls for service to be professional and tell them what their problem is (Warranty or not) and give them your professional opinion and a price to fix the problem. Simple.
