We recently had The Pool Butler come out and take our pool from basically being a swamp to absolutely stunning. Felicity was the technician I communicated with most throughout the process. She is AMAZING and very knowledgeable—I’m pretty sure she’s also a magician based on how she transformed our pool! She deserves a 5-star (if not higher) rating on her own and definitely deserves a raise after having to deal with our situation. We love our new 45-foot labyrinth even more than we imagined we would! And we’re grateful for the team at The Pool Butler for filling in our old pool and helping our vision for that space come to life. We already had the idea for a labyrinth to be built in that space and had found an online company that creates templates in various designs and custom sizes. So, we chose a template and downloaded a spec sheet that became the starting point for estimation and then construction. Pool Butler shows up as promised and everyone does a great job, especially Zeke. Very professional & friendly! I'm adding additional information to my original review. This company is outstanding in it's field. We have freeze protection for our pool, but with the upcoming ice storm and impending power outages we knew the system would not work. Pool Butler's employees, James & Brianna, came out and winterized our pool immediately. What a relief. Thank you, Pool Butler!

I’ve been dealing with The Pool Butler now for quite a few years and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about everybody at this company! They have always been there when I needed them without delay. I especially want to give a five star review for a girl by the name of Bree. She has been amazing to work with and does an unbelievable job at any time she comes to my home. If it all possible, I would love her to always be the tech that comes to my home. Either way this company is amazing and I am truly thankful for all that they do!

We ordered a full pool inspection and met the inspector on-site. During the inspection, he specifically pointed out a severely rotted equipment support post and explained that it needed to be repaired as soon as possible. We also discussed other concerns, including loose coping stones, and obtaining repair estimates to help us during our due diligence period. When we received the inspection report, we were surprised to find that there was no summary section and that all items were categorized as normal wear and tear. Great experience with this company. They worked us in after we had a bad experience to get our pool back in working order. There were some repairs necessary and they did a great job with repairs and liner replacement. Definitely recommend them for quality of work.

I have had to call multiple times to get this business to get me a quote for the repair from the leak detection results last Tuesday. I still don't have it after 8 days. The last time we had a similar leak situation, I had the quote in my hands the same afternoon as the leak detection using a different business (who couldn’t do it this time). I’ve been contacted two times to review this business but can’t seem to get anywhere with them. I’m having to move on.

Michael Weller at Pool Butler recently made a repair to a leaking T-fitting pipe and installed a new one to eliminate leaking. While replumbing that section, he went the extra mile and removed several unnecessary elbows to improve water flow and create a more efficient plumbing layout. Great job!
