I was a customer of Andy Pool Service for nearly 20 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over a four-month period, my pool was consistently green and losing water. I contacted them numerous times to report the issues. They repeatedly claimed there was a leak in the pool itself, yet whenever I turned off the pump, there was no water loss—something I communicated to them multiple times. I should have read the reviews before signing on with Andy’s. My pool maintenance issues perfectly mirror the negative responses on pool equipment maintenance and repairs . They have had my pool vac for close to 3 weeks due to it needing repair. In addition whatever the part/device converts salt to chlorine has not worked in almost a month hence algae buildup. Andy’s was aware of this need repair but crickets!!! I informed them today I am terminating our relationship.

The Company is very thorough, precise and also listens and responds well to questions. I feel like our person treats our pool just like he would his own pool. I am glad we have him because I know he is taking care of the pool with each visit with great care. Company is solid and trains their team quite well.

Richard and Antonio at Andy's Pools have taken care of my small irregularly shaped salt-water pool for over 10 years! They take care of everything - chemicals, pool & filter cleaning, week to week maintenance. Andy's Pool Service is dependable - weekly service rain or shine, cold or hot - my pool is maintained all year long. Andy's just replaced the 10 year old tile on my pool negative edge (1st pic below), has replaced several worn-out pumps, and maintained the original pool heater for years. Absolutely wonderful experience with Andy's. Have both built a pool and remained an ongoing service/maintenance customer of theirs and could not recommend more highly. Would eagerly encourage anyone looking to build or maintain a pool to give these guys a look.
