It is now apparent that the tech rep from The Pool Company tech DID, in fact, visit my property. Even though I Was home all morning and into the afternoon but yet no one called or rang the doorbell. And later I received a text message from the repairman. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to discuss the hot tub repairs or replacement equipment needed, but I am hopeful the The Pool Company will present me with a plan for either a repair of the hot tub or a replacement.

Had my pool open today . Otto was my service person from The Pool Company in Rivervale. Otto is always Pleasant and professional. He does a great job. Excellent work if you want the job done right trust Otto from The Pool Company. He’s the best.

Dishonest company. Gave me an estimate, then billed me 50% more without explanation. Don’t waste your time

Love the store, but closing on a Friday the day before the 4th of July is bizzare business decision. Least you can do is update your Google store info. Apart from that, the service and people are great! :)
